Rebuild Artistic Dance Academy
On October 8, 2016, Artistic Dance Academy was hit with devastation from Hurricane Matthew. Our 5,000 sq. ft. facility was flooded with 4 ft. waters all throughout the entire building. As most of you may know, 3200 sq. ft. of the building wasn't even 2 months old. However we did not lose the most important part of ADA and DFC. We still have the heart ADA and DFC and how well that was demonstrated by all those that came out to help. We know this is your home away from home. Thank you for all your prayers from those on the other side of the river that could not get to us. We hope and pray none of you were affected too severely by the flood. A former dancer of ADA that has her own dance studio in Virginina Beach has started a Gofundme page for ADA. We hope to raise enough money to replace our dance floors. We have found a place to conduct classes without disrupting our schedule and we have a location for our DFC auditions and practices until our building is restored. Hopefully it will only be a month or so before we are back in! Thank you again for all of your prayers and donations. We appreciate it greatly and are so blessed to be a part of this awesome community. If you would like to give a donation to help rebuild ADA please click the "donate" button above.
